Product Summary

The CD4020BE is a CMOS ripple-carry binary counter/divider. All counter stages are master-slave flip-flops. he state of a counter advances one count on teh negative transition of each inputs pulse; a high level on the RESET line resets the counter to its all zeros state. Schmitt trigger action on the input-pulse line permits unlimited rise and fall times. All inputs and outputs are buffered. The applications of the CD4020BE include control counter, frequency dividers, timers and time-delay circuits.
